My vision is a more connected and loving world.

I create this by challenging leaders to discover a whole and integrative worldview and to embody a radically deep personal integrity.
Through this, we elevate the culture of their thinking and raise the coherence of their body, mind and behavior.

From the top down, their evolved culture and coherence influences that of their organisation, market, constituency or fan base. By creating leaders into more of who they really are, the bold men & women I work with achieve a more enlightened way of being. Through their being, their followers are impacted in similar ways and thus become more enlightened leaders themselves.

This transformation resounds.

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

– Mahatma Ghandi

Personal History

In its essence, I have been supporting leaders and entrepreneurs since the late 90’s, though this work became my profession in 2009. Since then, I have supported numerous entrepreneurs and leaders to grow their organisation by growing themselves.

Beyond my one-to-one work, although I do not seek speaking opportunities, I have been invited to share my ideas and spirit on numerous stages. (TEDx, Global Citizens Forum, BBC & SkyTV, YES Group, Interesting Talks, InsideOut Movement, educational institutions, etc.) At a closed event, attended by many of the world’s billionaires, I was invited to speak on creating a borderless world. At the University of Cambridge, I was the subject of a covert study where the psychology and business departments researched the impact of my leadership on students at the Cambridge Business School.

Previous to my current work, and post my formal studies in Physics and Mathematics, I built a property investing business and then (from a backpack) built a web media company serving local and global non-profits. I have travelled the world and lived nomadically for three years, coached human rights leaders, recorded and toured as a musician in bands, funded development of a kids library in Cambodia, published travel writing and photography, competed as a black belt and triathlete, performed as a professional magician, studied with Buddhist monks and spiritual teachers, paraglided the Swiss Alps, cycled solo for thousands of miles and gone on many other adventures.

J&K Wedding As I near my forties, my somewhat obsessive pursuit for adventure and experience as a youth is channeled into a curiosity that drives the work of creation in my professional partnerships.

In 2013, in the Riveria Maya, I married a wise, loving and beautiful British-Indian woman. In March of 2016 we gave birth to our first child, a boy. Today our family calls Santa Monica, California home although we spend many months abroad each year, including extended visits for work, friends and family in London.
