It took me 3 years to unpack, let go, and step up to the things I learnt through coaching with JP. I often felt frustrated at the speed with which I was moving. I knew exactly where I wanted to be, but there was so much to manoeuvre and let go of in order to get there. I never actually felt that I had to add anything. Just let go of stuff. Now I am here, I can see that the pace was perfect in every way. I simply do not think I could have gone any faster.
