How to Dissolve Conflict
Everything in nature comes to stillness when left undisturbed. This is also true of the mind.
When you find yourself experiencing conflict, choose to observe it before taking any other action.
In fact, let observation be the action that you take.
By simply observing the movement of your internal dialogue and the feelings throughout your body, the sense of being conflicted will fade.
From the peace found in stillness, creative and intuitive solutions will then effortlessly arise.
The more you practice this, the more you will discover that problems do not persist because you are without a solution.
Problems persist because you carry the idea that the inner conflict is a problem.
