How to Interrupt People Without Interrupting
To interrupt is an act of fear. To intervene is an act of love.
The next time you feel apprehension at the idea of interrupting someone, look closely at it.
See how your wanting to interrupt is actually a wanting to break, to rupture.
Consider instead what it would be to intervene. For beneath the fight in you to rupture is a desire in you to move between and to dance with.
This movement from interrupting to intervening will not only produce a fearless flux of being in you, it will produce a radiating love that others will feel comfortable in.
No part of you is afraid to act when loving. In love, you instinctively move freely in and easily between.
Love always intervenes.
Loving you, JPM ❤️
