The title Mentor falls short. You guide me with the right balance of support and kindness and without any judgements. You believe in my strengths and help me to believe in my strengths as well. Through our work, I am creating a strong and loving relationship with myself. Each week, our work creates an additional piece of confidence in myself that helps me to see I am capable to achieve my goals. You remind me I can be my own light, my own happiness, and that everything I have been searching for is already within me. You have created a shift in my way of thinking. I now know and trust there is always a solution to any problem and I have the potential to change any situation. The “cloud of fear” that hung over me has vanished and now with more confidence and peace I am exploring my path.
